Kachemak Bay Writers' Conference

Former U.S. Poet Laureate Billy Collins addresses the 2005 Conference.

Sponsored by Kachemak Bay Campus - Kenai Peninsula College /UAA, the Kachemak Bay Writers' Conference is held annually in June in Homer, Alaska. The conference features workshops, readings and panel presentations in fiction, poetry, nonfiction, and the business of writing. This year the conference will be held on June 9-13. The Keynote Speaker is Jeffrey Eugenides, 2003 Pulitzer Prize Winner for Fiction.
