Cribbage board carved from a walrus tusk

The tusk sits on a base with freely-turning wheels. Attached to the top side of the tusk are carved sculptures of a man driving a sled with two dogs, seal and fish. The scoring peg, chain, and sliding ring are carved as a unit from a single piece of ivory, and slides along the side rail. Ten loose pegs are stored in a compartment in the large end of the tusk. Dimensions: L: 61.00 cm. Alaska State Museum - Juneau.
