Can Dogs Talk?
By Paisley Johnson
Genre: Fiction
Category: UAA/ADN Creative Writing Contest

I wake up to go to school each day, may nana gets up to have coffee while mommy gets ready to go to work. My three dogs come over to say good morning to me by giving me kisses. They lick my face while mommy says GET READY FOR SCHOOL! I don't want to go to School!

I'm going to dress my dogs so they can go to school for me and my teacher will teach them words so I can understand them. They can learn how to read and write cause I don't know if dogs can read? If they can't then they should because the school will help them. My three dogs will learn how to write their name and play games but they'll also learn how to count so they can help me with my homework.

I know they will love recess because they can run, jump and play fetch. My friend Besty can play frisbee with them. After they play outside they will have lunch that I packed for them. They will have bones and treats. I won't forgett the water! What a fun day my dogs will have at school if dogs went to school.
