Summer 2000

Hey Kathy,

Last night was the opening night of my play, Rags to Riches, with Anchorage Theater for Youth. I'm the flute player in the Army Band. This entire month, I have been working on the play in the morning and then having acting classes in the afternoon. My favorite class is "stage combat" where we learn things like; how to hit each other without actually doing it, but still having it look real. I've had a great summer and have made some new friends here at this great place in Anchorage, Alaska. Wish you were here.
