Prologue
A boy has been sitting in his room for an hour sulking with his TV, Xbox, Play Station 2, Game Cube, Nintendo 64, Sega Dreamcast, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo, and computer. He is sulking because his mom would not allow him to get more than one game for each of them. He goes out for a walk and finds a game cartridge for Game Boy Advance, and the game is Zelda.

Part One: The Emissary
"Clean up your room!" said Kris's mother.

Kris said, "Nooooooo!" and went outside for a walk. After fifteen minutes, he finds Zelda: Oracle of Seasons. "Yahoo! Did I bring my Game Boy Advance? Looks like I did. I will try it out."

Five minutes later...

"Wahoo! I am an expert as soon as I started! I've already defeated the first boss and got ten bombs and a small shield! Yessssssss. I got a lot of money so if I need it, I can buy extra bombs!

"Okay...Here goes nothing...What, well, at least I beat the second boss and saved the game. Yay! Well, I must hide it from my mother."

Later his friend Sam called him. Sam asked what Kris was doing. Kris answered, "I am playing Zelda."

"What?" said Sam. "I though you only had Pokemon Gold!"

"Well, I found Zelda on the street when I was taking a walk," said Kris.

"Well then, how are you doing on Zelda?"

"I've already defeated four bosses."

"Great!" said Sam.

"Here I go!" said Kris.

"What is it?"

"I beat the fifth boss!" said Kris.

"AAAAAAHHHHHH! Heeeeelp!" shouted Kris.

"What is it?" asked Sam.

"Something is materializing out of my Game Boy! It's...it's...it's...Link. Whew!"

"Link? Who's Link?" asked Sam.

"He is the character that you are when you play Zelda," he answered. "See what I mean?"

Link said, "I came to tell you that our world is under attack. NOT in the Game Boy, but for real. The thing is, my sword broke. So, without my sword, I can't get money to buy bombs so I can't defeat the bosses. Except they have the ultimate source of power! I need your help. We can trade places with the source of energy that we have. It is a small energy crystal that can't materialize my sword because it doesn't have enough power, but it CAN switch our places. I become you and you become me.

"Okay!" Kris answered.

Part Two: The Adventure
Kris de-materialized from the spot he was standing and re-materialized next to a castle.

"The castle is under attack!" said Kris, immediately reacting by pulling out his sword and running to attack the attackers. In one minute he had defeated them all and had gotten a LOT of money.

A little while afterward, he found a shop and bought four bombs. "I know what happens after I go through that door," he said. Luckily, he only takes two bombs to defeat. Minutes later, the boss lay in shambles. He left behind eight bombs and a very powerful crystal.

Kris could hear Link's voice in his head: "One down. One to go." He went through the next door and, in one minute, had destroyed the second boss. He left behind a bomb and a small crystal. As soon as he picked it up, the other crystal changed into a sword.

"Yes!" said Link, "Now I can take over for you, Kris! Just put the sword on the ground and wait. You will find yourself home."

Epilogue
Link was right. In two minutes Kris was home safe. As soon as he looked at his Game Boy, he noticed that he had gotten past a place he had never been able to get past before, and that Link was smiling up to him.

"Thank you, Link!" he muttered.

Two minutes later, he had won the game. He saved it and turned it off.

He put his Game Boy away and started to clean his room.
